Terms of Service & End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Introduction

This document constitutes the complete agreement between you (the end user) and Coreplay Games, a corporation established in Istanbul, Turkey (“Coreplay Games”). Your use of Coreplay Games’ products and services is subject to this EULA and our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference).

By registering, installing, or otherwise using Coreplay Games’ products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms herein. If you do not consent to this EULA and the Privacy Policy, you must not register for, install, use, or access Coreplay Games’ titles. Use is prohibited where not allowed by law.

Complete delivery of the Coreplay Service occurs when (a) a game/service is downloaded or installed, (b) access is enabled via an online method, or (c) usage is enabled for you.

Coreplay may unilaterally modify this EULA based on legal changes, market conditions, or business policies, effective upon posting within our titles. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the current or future EULA, you must stop using the games.

2. Definitions

2.1. “Game” / “Coreplay Games’ Games”

“Game” means Coreplay’s mobile game software comprising (i) the client installed on your device (via App Store or Google Play) and (ii) online components hosted on Coreplay servers or otherwise accessed via the Internet. The term includes all games provided by Coreplay, including those branded under Coreplay and accessed via mobile or other online methods.

2.2. Licensing of Coreplay Titles

Coreplay titles are licensed, not sold. Access and use are governed by this EULA (and the Privacy Policy). Account registration may be required. By using our titles you affirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that a legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms.

2.3. Compliance with Platform Requirements

If you access through platforms such as Apple’s App Store or Google Play, you must also comply with those platforms’ terms of service.

3. Scope of License

Coreplay grants you a personal, limited license to use Coreplay titles on devices you own or control, where the titles are installed or accessed via browser/online methods.

3.1. Purpose and Use

Coreplay titles (e.g., Match Manor, Match Legends PvP) are provided for entertainment and intended for personal, non-commercial use, subject to this EULA and applicable laws. Coreplay retains all rights not expressly granted. Violation may result in immediate termination of the license without notice.

3.2. Restrictions

• Decompile or reverse engineer any part of the titles, except as required by compulsory law;
• Distribute copies to third parties;
• Sub-license, rent, or make titles available to third parties;
• Modify the titles, except as allowed by compulsory law;
• Remove or obscure any copyright or rights notices.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Coreplay retains all rights, title, and interest in its titles, documentation, modifications, and extensions. You are granted only those rights expressly outlined in this EULA or separate written agreements. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited. Logos and marks are Coreplay trademarks and may not be used without prior written consent. Coreplay will handle claims alleging that the games or your use infringe third-party IP rights.

5. Code of Conduct

End-Users must use Coreplay titles responsibly and lawfully. Coreplay may determine violations and impose actions including suspension or termination. Prohibited conduct includes: offensive or discriminatory behavior; promoting violence/racism/illegal ideologies; cheats, hacks, or unauthorized tools; attempts to steal data or exploit bugs; posting illegal, obscene, or defamatory content.

By submitting user-generated content (“User Content”), you grant Coreplay a worldwide, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, and modify your content for operation and promotion.

6. Coreplay’s Rights & Responsibilities

Coreplay may review, monitor, remove User Content, and restrict access at its discretion. You consent to such monitoring and acknowledge no expectation of privacy in transmissions. By posting User Content, you grant Coreplay a perpetual, worldwide license to use, adapt, and create derivative works from your submissions; you waive moral rights where waivable.

7. User Responsibilities & Interactions

You are responsible for your interactions and content; Coreplay may but is not obligated to mediate disputes. You release Coreplay from claims arising from user disputes. Coreplay grants a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use. All in-app purchases are non-refundable; unauthorized use of unpaid credits or premium items is prohibited; prices may change without notice.

8. Support & Reclamations

End-Users are responsible for installation and maintenance. Coreplay guarantees proper functionality upon delivery. For support or complaints, contact info@coreplaygames.com. Coreplay does not guarantee resolution of all issues.

9. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Coreplay provides its games “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” Use is at your own risk. Coreplay is not liable for indirect damages or data loss. In no event shall Coreplay’s total liability exceed the amount you paid in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification & Service Updates

You agree to indemnify Coreplay for claims arising from your breach of this EULA. Coreplay may fix bugs, perform updates, or modify/discontinue services without liability. Platform-specific refund processes (e.g., Apple/Google) remain governed by those platforms’ terms.

11. Duration of the Agreement

This EULA remains in effect until terminated by either party. You may terminate by deleting your account. Coreplay may terminate or suspend for breaches or inactivity. Terms relating to liability and warranties survive termination.

12. Miscellaneous Terms

This EULA is governed by Turkish law; disputes are settled in Istanbul courts unless otherwise required by law. Coreplay processes personal data per its Privacy Policy. Updates may be required to maintain access; failure to install them may affect performance. Coreplay may transfer rights/obligations to legal successors or third parties without affecting your continued use. Application Platforms and their subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA.

13. Validity & Enforceability

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder continues in full force. Invalid provisions will be replaced by valid ones reflecting the original intent.
